Once you have received your free postage pack

Assemble It

Find a cardboard box and fill it with unwanted valuables, including broken or tangled items. You can send up to 20 kg in your box.

Box It

Attach your pre-paid postage label to the outside of your box, and carefully wrap and pack your items. Then drop your box at the Post Office or book a home collection by ringing us on 0333 404 9531.

C

Cash It In

After evaluation, we’ll contact you with a fair offer. If you choose to accept the offer, you will be paid via bank transfer. If you’d rather not sell the items then we’ll return everything free of charge.

Once we’ve received your parcel, we will send you an offer within 5 working days. Either accept and get paid or have your items returned for free.
